At Brisket & Bun, we believe great BBQ takes time. We start with premium Wagyu brisket, season it simply and smoke it low and slow until perfectly tender.

Alongside our smoked brisket, we prepare house-made pastrami, traditional salt beef, loaded fries, smash burgers and BBQ classics inspired by America's best smokehouses.
